  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the fresh mixed greens under cold water and spin dry to eliminate excess moisture.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine dried mixed greens, pomegranate seeds, feta, and red onion. Toss gently.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread nuts on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
  5. Add toasted nuts to the salad, drizzle dressing on top, and toss gently before serving.
