- Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the lasagna noodles and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat to prevent sticking.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning; let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the grated Parmesan in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
