- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Unfold thawed puff pastry on a floured surface, smoothing out creases.
- Roll out the pastry into a rectangle about 1/8 inch thick.
