Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4x8 inch loaf pan.

  7. Sprinkle three-quarters of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.
  8. Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon-sugar layer and smooth the surface.
  9. Using a knife or skewer, create a gentle swirl through the batter layers.
  10. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top before baking.
  11. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
