  1. Combine fresh pitted and halved cherries with 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan. Heat on low for 3-5 minutes, gently mash to create a cherry infusion.
  2. In a separate pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Steep the Earl Grey tea bag for 3-5 minutes until amber, then remove.
