Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salsa. Mix thoroughly until well coated.
  3. Wrap corn tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave them for 30-60 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Brush one side of a tortilla lightly with olive oil, add 2 tablespoons of cheese, then ¼ cup of chicken mixture, finishing with another 2 tablespoons of cheese before folding.
  5. Place assembled tacos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. After baking, allow the tacos to cool for about 3 minutes before serving.
