Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine the protein powder, oats, and Biscoff spread in a large mixing bowl until mixed and crumbly.
  2. Incorporate honey or maple syrup and cream cheese into the dry mixture, stirring vigorously until creamy.
  3. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball, about 1 inch in diameter. Repeat until all mixture is used.
  4. Roll each protein ball in the crushed Biscoff cookies for an optional coating.
  5. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
