- Combine the protein powder, oats, and Biscoff spread in a large mixing bowl until mixed and crumbly.
- Incorporate honey or maple syrup and cream cheese into the dry mixture, stirring vigorously until creamy.
- Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball, about 1 inch in diameter. Repeat until all mixture is used.
- Roll each protein ball in the crushed Biscoff cookies for an optional coating.
