Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your baking dish, mixing bowl, and skillet.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Stir in 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, allowing to caramelize.
- Add sliced ripe bananas and cook for 5 minutes until golden.
