- In a medium bowl, combine melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until blended.

- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread sliced onions and bell peppers in a single layer.
