Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the chilled puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares, pressing each square into the greased muffin tin.
  3. Cut the brie cheese into small cubes and place one piece into each pastry cup.
  4. Spoon about ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each brie-filled pastry cup.
  5. If using, sprinkle candied pecans over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Bake the filled muffin tin for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
