- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of self-raising flour with 5 oz of sweetened Greek yogurt. Mix until a uniform soft dough forms, then knead gently for about 1 minute.
- Divide the dough into small pieces, aiming for approximately 8-12g each. Roll each piece into a smooth ball and set aside.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes and lightly brush the air fryer basket with oil.
- Toss each rolled dough ball in melted butter, then arrange in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown.
- Remove the bites and toss them in melted butter while still warm, then roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture for the coating.
